The workshops are a smashing hit, frequently used by companies such as Google, LinkedIn, Netflix. With the workshops being hosted in-person and hybrid (virtual and in-person) modes, companies bring together their staff from any part of the world!
The Appersoft Solution
Appersoft was approached to add further efficiency to an already well-oiled process that was utilising products such as Google Sheets, Zapier, Alchemer, SmartyStreets and Zoho Analytics. We designed an app in Zoho Creator that deployed a personalised sign-up form for TinyB's customers, to accept and validate their shipping addresses. This information was simultaneously updated in a master spreadsheet in Google Sheets and synchronised into Zoho Analytics.
The Creator app enabled in streamlining the order process and completely minimising the errors in addresses. Thus, facilitating a smooth run of events and happy customers who could focus on looking forward to the chocolates!
