Zoho CRM Client Portal helps bridge the gap !

The company specializes in the repair, refurbishment and resale of infusion pumps that are no longer supported by the original equipment manufacturer. With the aim to provide cost-effective but top-quality customer support, IPR works with a wide range of clients including well-recognised industry names such as Baxter, Abbott, Braun as well as local hospitals and medical centres. As a result, the organisation has extended their services all over the United States and Canada.

The Appersoft Solution
Considering their rapid expansion, IPR wanted to provide their customers real-time access to their data such as work order status and ability to download documents. A customer portal was the ideal solution, that would give the client team a direct login to Zoho CRM and also allow them to collaborate with IPR. 

The Appersoft team recommended the in-built Client Portal within Zoho CRM, which came at no extra cost and was included in their Zoho One subscription. IPR followed a very defined client hierarchy and it was important the client portal supported it. To sustain this, the Appersoft developers designed a custom script using Deluge to extend the out-of-the-box portal functionality.

Launched with one of IPR's long-standing clients, the customer portal served to bridge the gap between the company and their customers and was welcomed by the client team as it gave them their order information with just a few clicks, anytime. A win-win for everyone !
